We are kickstarting our new season with a camping trip to the Northeastern Qatari shores. Home to pristine water, flora and fauna, the place offers tranquil surroundings to enjoy nature. We will also witness the autumn bird migration during our camping and be a part of Cornel Lab’s October Big Day, Global Bird Weekend and World Migratory Bird Day.
Trip Leader Bio
(Omer Bin Abdul Aziz)
A birding and nature enthusiast by day, an astronomer by night and an engineer in between. I started by birding in Qatar in 2018 when I joined QNHG. I have now observed more 200 species around the world. Behind me, a northern light show is taking place partly hidden by clouds. I like to capture the nature moments on my camera.
